About Project:
The Henderson County Human Services Building is located on Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville, NC. This 10M project was completed in 2006 by Cooper Construction. The building has 98,000 SF of space with about 42,000 SF housing the Health Department and 39,000 SF for DSS. The remainder is unfinished shell areas that can be used for future expansion.
