Chain pharmacy prototypes are single-story almost everywhere. Going up buys back the parking and the frontage a corner lot cannot give on one level, and it puts stock and staff space above the sales floor instead of behind it.
The store is 15,371 square feet, 11,616 on the first floor and 3,755 on the second.
