The facility features a spacious showfloor designed to accommodate RVs, campers, and boats for indoor display, along with dedicated sales office areas that provide space for customer consultations. The expansive 69-acre site showcases the outdoor RV and marine inventory, allowing for presentation of recreational vehicles across various size categories.

This design-build approach enabled seamless coordination between design and construction execution, ensuring the facility meets the specific requirements of RV retail while providing an enhanced customer experience.
