Cooper Construction completed this state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facility for Thermocouple Components Corp., the leading supplier of accessories and components for thermocouple and RTD manufacturing. This 10,000 square-foot facility features an 18-foot eave height and combines modern warehouse functionality with professional office space, supporting the company's research and development operations alongside their manufacturing capabilities.

The pre-engineered Varco-Pruden metal building showcases both functionality and efficiency, with 26-gauge steel wall panels and 24-gauge Galvalume roofing providing durability and weather protection. Twelve PrisMAX skylights flood the interior with natural light, enhancing solar efficiency and reducing energy costs. The facility's mechanical systems include a 7.5-ton heat pump and a 150,000 BTU warehouse unit heater, ensuring comfortable working conditions year-round, while 32 high-bay LED fixtures provide optimal warehouse lighting.

Professional office finishes include carpet tile flooring, painted walls, and acoustical ceilings, creating a comfortable environment for the company's research and development team. The warehouse area features a mechanical dock leveler with 30,000 lb capacity for efficient loading operations. Complete site development work included paving, utilities installation, stormwater management systems, and landscaping, delivering a turnkey facility designed to meet the specialized needs of precision component manufacturing while maintaining exceptional energy efficiency.
