Cooper Construction built the dental office for Sylvan Valley Dental in Brevard, North Carolina, and installed the HVAC.

It is two stories and 5,726 square feet, 3,834 on the main floor and 1,892 above, wood framed and faced in brick and cementitious veneer. The mechanical package was two heat pumps with a 2 ton ceiling cassette, a wall heater, four fan and light combinations, venting and louvers, set by crane.

The practice does preventive, restorative and cosmetic work. The corridors were finished with a full-height photograph of the mountains at sunset, which is the first thing a patient sees walking to a chair.
