Cooper Construction built the North Asheville branch office for the State Employees' Credit Union in Asheville, North Carolina.

A branch bank is a small building with a long list of fixed requirements, and most of them have to be right before the walls close. Cooper built the brick veneer shell and put in the teller line, the drive-up window and counter, the vault and safe, aluminium storefront and doors, and the acoustic ceilings.
