Cooper Construction has completed a new 3,500 square foot production facility for Russian Chapel Hills Winery in Columbus, NC. The facility is a Varco Pruden metal building, fully insulated with 6 inches of insulation in the ceiling and 4 inches in the exterior walls. The building includes areas for case storage, barrel storage, offices, a lab, production tanks, and shipping and receiving. The project also encompassed the HVAC systems for both the storage areas and offices.
