Cooper Construction is proud to have constructed The Reuter Center at UNC Asheville, which spans 20,000 square feet. It is situated on the north side of the UNC Asheville campus, perched on a hill that overlooks the campus.

The two-story Reuter Center features a glass atrium and includes four classrooms equipped with multimedia capabilities, an art studio/classroom, and a multipurpose room that accommodates up to 125 people and is also outfitted for multimedia use. Additional amenities include a catering kitchen, a take-out café, two common areas, restrooms on both floors, a spacious outdoor terrace, and on-grade parking for a total of 129 cars across both levels.
