The 12,000-square-foot Grand Lodge was completed in the summer of 2019 by Cooper Construction and serves as the central activity center for Grand Highlands property owners. Designed in the style of a traditional mountain lodge with rustic stonework and heavy timber construction, this beautiful Clubhouses houses dining and lounge areas, a catering kitchen, a library, game rooms, and spacious verandas with expansive Blue Ridge Mountain views.
Grand Highlands is a luxury mountain community located about 18 minutes from commercial district with recreation, shopping and healthcare facilities in Hendersonville, NC. Just over half hour from downtown Asheville and its many music and cultural centers. Within minutes of renowned Lake Lure and Chimney Rock Park, fishing, white water rafting and other outdoor activities.
