Cooper Construction design-built the optometry office on North Buncombe School Road in Weaverville, North Carolina.

The building is free standing and about 2,600 square feet, wood framed with brick and a shingle roof. Cooper carried the design as well as the construction and laid it out around what an optometry practice actually does day to day: exam rooms, a dispensing area for frames, and a lab.

Cooper started in March 2004 and finished that September.
