Cooper Construction is proud to have been the general contractor for NewSpring Eastlan's 45,000 SF campus. The project was a Construction Manager at Risk project that consisted of an interior renovation of the existing sanctuary & gymnasium. It also includes the demolition of an existing 2 story education wing, and the new construction of a single-story education wing and lobby.
