Cooper Construction built the Eastlan campus for NewSpring Church on Pleasantburg Road in Greenville, South Carolina.

The building was Eastlan Baptist Church, a landmark on that road for decades. The existing sanctuary and gymnasium were renovated for a contemporary worship style while the original building was kept recognizable from the street. Cooper demolished the two-story education wing and built a single-story wing in its place, with expanded KidSpring children's ministry space. A new lobby ties the old building and the new wing together and gives the congregation one entrance.

Cooper served as Construction Manager at Risk, joining before the design was finished and carrying the cost risk on a guaranteed maximum price. The campus runs to 45,000 square feet and has an assembly load of 2,960.
