Cooper Construction supervised construction of NewSpring Church's Bluffton campus in Hardeeville, South Carolina.

The work ran from March to August 2021 and converted an existing office building into a church campus. Cooper acted as the church's representative on site rather than as contractor.

Bluffton is the fourth NewSpring campus Cooper has worked on, after Anderson, Aiken and Eastlan in Greenville.
