Cooper Construction renovated the Anderson campus for NewSpring Church in Anderson, South Carolina.

The work made a VIP room for first-time guests and rebuilt children's education and recreation space inside KidSpring, including the SpringTown Toys and SpringZone Jr. Extended rooms. Restrooms were relocated and added. An all-glass wall system with a storefront door went in, and finishes were upgraded throughout.

Behind the finishes the mechanical distribution was redone with exposed spiral ductwork to get air where the new rooms needed it. Plumbing was roughed in and fixtures relocated. Electrical upgrades were coordinated with the church's own in-house team rather than around them.

The renovation covered 5,200 square feet and took three months.
