Cooper Construction Company is proud to have completed a comprehensive renovation project for NewSpring Church's Anderson Campus. The renovation involved the demolition of existing spaces and the transformation of 5,200 square feet into newly renovated areas including a VIP room for first-time guests and children's education and recreation spaces within "The KidSpring" children's ministry area. The project scope included renovating current classroom spaces such as SpringTown Toys and SpringZone Jr. Extended areas, relocating and adding restrooms with new vanities and solid surface countertops, installing an all-glass wall system with storefront-style door, and upgrading various finishes throughout. Work also encompassed complete mechanical system redistribution with exposed spiral ductwork to ensure adequate climate control, plumbing rough-in and fixture relocation, and electrical upgrades coordinated with the church's in-house team.
