Cooper Construction built the Aiken campus for NewSpring Church in Aiken, South Carolina.

The building is 42,986 square feet on a single floor, holding a sanctuary, multipurpose rooms, a half-court gymnasium sized for 150 people, and a KidSpring children's area. Keeping it to one floor means every one of those spaces is reachable by anyone who comes through the door.

NewSpring campuses all feature a unified look and feel. Cooper combined conventional steel with several pre-engineered metal building panel profiles and finishes matched against the other NewSpring locations, which held the look while costing less and going up faster than conventional construction alone.
