2,400 SF Picnic Shelter, 1,040 SF Concession and Restroom Building
Cooper Construction built the two buildings in the first phase of Mills River Park, the Town of Mills River's first town park, on Town Center Drive in Mills River, North Carolina.
The picnic shelter is an open pavilion covering 2,400 square feet, with a metal roof on timber posts set in stone bases. Beside it, the 1,040 square foot concession and restroom building is fully enclosed and plumbed.
