Project Scope

Three Branch Facilities

Cooper Construction built three branch facilities for Macon Savings Bank around Hendersonville, North Carolina, across the late 1990s.

The bank came back three times. At Laurel Park in 1996 and 1997 Cooper carried the site development, the survey, grading, asphalt paving and landscaping with the electrical, plumbing and painting that went with it. On Spartanburg Highway at Shepherd Street Cooper built a new 2,835 square foot branch, single storey, masonry and wood framed with plate-connected trusses under an asphalt shingle roof. The Main Street branch followed, 6,980 square feet, finished in 1999.
