Cooper Construction successfully completed a comprehensive commercial construction project for Hills Machinery in Mills River, North Carolina, delivering a state-of-the-art equipment sales and service facility.

The project encompassed the construction of three 10,000 square-foot buildings totaling 30,000 square feet of climate-controlled space, plus an additional cleaning and washdown canopy area. Situated on a 13-acre site, this modern facility was designed to support Hills Machinery's full range of operations.

The new Mills River location includes eight dedicated service bays equipped to handle equipment maintenance and repairs, complemented by extensive parts storage and product support areas. The facility supports multiple business functions including new and used equipment sales, rental operations, comprehensive service capabilities, and streamlined parts access for customers.

Cooper Construction's scope included complete site utilities installation and HVAC system implementation throughout all buildings, ensuring optimal climate control and operational efficiency for both equipment storage and customer service areas.
