Cooper Construction built the City of Hendersonville's Operations Center on Williams Street in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

The building put four city departments under one roof. Public Works, the Water Department, Police and Engineering each needed different things from the same shell, from vehicle and equipment bays to offices and public counters. Cooper erected the Varco-Pruden pre-engineered frame and fitted out the interior to suit each of them.

Cooper started on site in March 2002 and turned the building over in June 2003.
