Cooper Construction built the grounds and maintenance facility for the City of Hendersonville, North Carolina.

It is where the crews that look after the city's parks, green spaces and municipal buildings work from. Tools, mowers and tractors are stored inside it, out of the weather, and the layout follows how a maintenance crew loads out in the morning.

The building is 6,000 square feet and carries rainwater cisterns, which suits a facility whose main job is watering and cleaning.

The City bought this one as Construction Manager at Risk, with Cooper carrying a guaranteed maximum price. The City knew its ceiling before the first footing went in.
