Cooper Construction served as design-build contractor for Hendersonville Family Dental's new 6,000 SF standalone dental office in Hendersonville, NC, delivering full architectural, engineering, and construction services. The ground-up building features 11 operatories and required specialized site work including geotechnical remediation of soft alluvial soils and geogrid foundation reinforcement prior to construction. Cooper provided complete design-build services for Dr. Michael Stohls and his practice, which has been serving the Hendersonville community for over 20 years.
