Grand Highlands is an award-winning neighborhood located at an elevation of over 4,000 feet on Bearwallow Mountain, offering breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After the clubhouse burned down in 2016, Grand Highlands contracted Cooper Construction to rebuild a new clubhouse spanning 11,000 square feet for the community. The new clubhouse features stunning wood and stonework details and includes dining and meeting spaces, a bar, workout facilities, and a beautiful outdoor deck where community members can relax and spend time together.
