Cooper Construction has partnered with Forest Dermatology for three construction projects, first completing the original design-build renovation of their practice in 2017, returning in 2024 to lead an expedited recovery after Hurricane Helene flooded the office, and an 1,055 SF addition to their practice in 2025

The 2024 project called for a complete restoration of the 3,300 SF facility, encompassing exam rooms, consultation offices, patient waiting areas, staff spaces, restrooms, and a critical server room. Cooper Construction managed the full interior demolition and reconstruction, including drywall, ceilings, flooring, and paint throughout, as well as the replacement of doors, hardware, and millwork to match the practice's original design.

The restoration also required the coordinated replacement of the building's core systems, including HVAC motherboards across all units, electrical panel cleaning and recertification, and plumbing fixtures, as well as the installation of anti-static flooring in the practice's server room.
