Cooper Construction is proud to have completed the design-build project for the town hall of Fletcher, NC. This 25,000-square-foot building houses most of the town’s departments, including the police department, which is located on the ground floor. The main floor contains council chambers, administrative offices, and a conference room, while the top floor features office spaces for planning, zoning, parks, and recreation, as well as a community meeting room. 

This new town hall consolidates two locations for town business and police services into a single site, effectively enhancing operational efficiency. The building is situated on 5 acres of a 49-acre site, aimed at developing the downtown and city center areas of Fletcher, NC.
