Cooper Construction built the town hall for the Town of Fletcher, North Carolina.
Fletcher had been running town business and police services out of two locations. This building put them on one.
It is 25,384 square feet and holds most of the town's departments. The police department is on the ground floor. Council chambers, administrative offices and a conference room are on the main floor, and planning, zoning, parks and recreation and a community meeting room are above.
It sits on 5 acres of a 49 acre site the town is developing as its downtown and civic center.
