A bank branch carries security requirements alongside the finishes, and the sequence of work follows the bank's protocols rather than the contractor's preference.

Mechanical, electrical, glazing, flooring, tile and paving trades were on the job, and the conference room was rebuilt. The contract was signed in January 2008.
