Cooper Construction built the warehouse and retail storefront for Ferguson Plumbing Supply in Asheville, North Carolina.
Ferguson sells wholesale and retail out of the same building, so the high-bay warehouse and loading dock had to work without trade traffic running through the showroom. The site was laid out to keep delivery trucks and customer cars apart.
The building is 17,500 square feet on 5.5 acres. Site work covered the parking for both, the landscaping and the utilities.
