Cooper Construction built the expansion for Farnam Custom Products on Legend Drive in Arden, North Carolina.
It is a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered building, twenty feet by a hundred, 2,000 square feet, with the office space inside it. The permit records it as Type IIB non-combustible with an F-1 factory occupancy.
On the same parcel Cooper repaired and renovated the Tutco engineering building after a fire, on a separate permit and a separate certificate of occupancy.
