Cooper Construction built the Etowah branch library for Henderson County in Etowah, North Carolina.
The building is 8,100 square feet on two and a half acres along Brickyard Road, twice the size of the branch it replaced. Parking went from 18 spaces to more than 30. The reading room and stacks sit under an exposed tongue-and-groove wood deck. There is a children's area, a workroom for staff, an office for the branch director, and a program room that seats about 65.
