Cooper Construction renovated the Egolf Motors dealership at 1325 Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Egolf had bought the 20,000 square foot building and needed it to carry their franchise. The renovation covered the showroom, the sales offices and the service center.

Rebranding a dealership someone else built is a different job from putting one up. The building is already standing, the franchise sets the program, and the work has to land inside both.

Cooper came back in December 2020 for the tire room HVAC, with Trane equipment, venting, exhaust fans, louvers and gas piping.

Cooper has worked for Egolf since 1999, most recently in 2022.
