Cooper Construction built the office and warehouse facility for Coastal AgroBusiness at 814 McMurray Road in Flat Rock, North Carolina.

Both are pre-engineered metal buildings: a 3,750 square foot office and a 30,000 square foot warehouse, 33,750 square feet in all.

Coastal has supplied farm operations across the Carolinas, Virginia, northern Georgia and eastern Tennessee since 1953, in crop protection, fertility, seed and treatments, plus equipment and financing.
