Cooper Construction replaced the HVAC system and the roof at the Carriage Park clubhouse in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
The clubhouse is the building the community meets in, so the work was done in the quiet part of the year. Cooper replaced the equipment and the roof over six weeks in early 2013.
