Cooper Construction added 5,981 square feet to an existing building at Carolina Village in Hendersonville, North Carolina, and renovated 1,649 square feet inside it.
Residents lived there throughout. In a retirement community the building is home rather than a workplace people leave at five, so the work was sequenced around the hours residents actually use.
It ran alongside the 63,486 square foot assisted living building Cooper put up on the same campus.
