Cooper Construction completed the development of 14 cottage homes for Carolina Village, Hendersonville's premier continuing care retirement community. Cooper Construction implemented an innovative multiplex arrangement where cottage clusters are organized around beautifully landscaped courtyards. All cottages were constructed as single-level homes, eliminating barriers and ensuring easy everyday living for residents. The construction includes comprehensive covered parking and walkway systems that protect residents from the elements. These covered connections enhance convenience and safety, allowing residents to move freely between their homes and community amenities regardless of weather conditions.

The cottages range from 945 square foot layouts to larger 1,742 square foot homes. This variety allows residents to select and customize their living space to match their lifestyle preferences and needs.
