14 New Cottages
Cooper Construction built 14 cottages at Carolina Village in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
They are grouped in clusters around landscaped courtyards rather than laid out along a road, which makes smaller neighborhoods inside the larger community and leaves each cottage its own privacy.
Every cottage is single level, with no step to negotiate. Covered parking and covered walkways connect them to the rest of the campus. They run from 945 to 1,742 square feet, and residents chose their layout.
