Cooper Construction completed several projects for Burntshirt Vineyards in Hendersonville, NC. The most recent project was a design-build for Burntshirt Vineyards new state-of-the-art restaurant and wine bar, The Vintner’s Table, offers farm-to-table style dishes emphasizing fresh ingredients to accompany their award-winning vine-to-bottle wines. It included 4,380 SF indoor dining space and an 1,800 SF outdoor dining and event space for the winery.

Cooper Construction also performed the design-build construction of their original 3,400 SF event center and 10,400 SF production facility where Burntshirt Vineyards crafts their award winning wines.

Burntshirt Vineyard's award winning grapes are grown at 9 acres of vineyards which are located on Burntshirt Mountain as well as 30 acres of vineyards that can be seen at their Hendersonville location.
