Cooper Construction built the field house at Brevard College in Brevard, North Carolina.

It serves five programs. There is a locker room each for football, baseball, softball, men's soccer and women's soccer, with a football equipment room and a laundry alongside them. An athletic training room, two classrooms, a lab, a conference room, an office and an entry lobby fill out the building, so it teaches as well as houses teams. A patio opens off it, and a second one off the football side.

The job was 8,959 square feet of new construction with 1,715 square feet of the existing field house renovated into it, 10,674 square feet in total.

Cooper installed the HVAC and the duct insulation. Brevard College president David C. Joyce said the facility "will greatly benefit our student-athletes and provide valuable space for classes and meetings."
