Cooper Construction provided design-build services for Bold Rock Hard Cider's new 5,000 square foot warehouse and production facility located in Mills River, NC. Just a short drive from downtown Asheville, this cidery is situated amidst the beautiful farmlands of Western North Carolina. Bold Rock is an award-winning cider producer that uses locally sourced apples from Henderson County to create a variety of craft ciders. 

The warehouse features a spacious tasting room and a mezzanine that offers overhead views of the bottling line while you enjoy their delicious cider. The production facility manufactures ciders that are distributed throughout the Southeast, including North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Bold Rock is now the largest independently owned cidery in the United States, producing over 800,000 cases annually.
