Cooper Construction built the new service building at Big 'O' Dodge on Laurens Road in Greenville, South Carolina.
The existing building came down first. Asphalt paving was reworked around the new footprint to change how traffic moves across the lot.
The building is 5,200 square feet and holds a wash and detail bay, a mechanical service bay, a lobby, an employee locker room and restrooms. An employee deck was carried as an alternate.
