Cooper Construction successfully delivered a comprehensive pre-owned vehicle facility for Big O Dodge, featuring a modern 5,200 square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a free-standing employee deck designed to enhance their automotive sales and service operations.

The new facility incorporates multiple specialized areas to support efficient operations, including a dedicated wash and detail bay for vehicle preparation and detailing services, a mechanical service bay for professional vehicle maintenance and repairs, a salesman area for customer-facing sales consultations and transactions, an employee locker room, and a restroom.

The project scope included comprehensive site improvements to seamlessly integrate the new facility, requiring the complete demolition of the existing building structure and strategic asphalt paving modifications to optimize the new building footprint and improve traffic flow throughout the property.

This new pre-owned vehicle building gives Big O Dodge a modern, efficient facility that enhances both customer experience and its operational capabilities.
