Cooper Construction renovated and expanded the cafeteria and the arts wing at Avery Creek Elementary in Arden, North Carolina.
School work runs to a summer schedule, and this one was delivered inside it.
The cafeteria took a 2,661 square foot renovation and a 1,085 square foot addition. The arts wing was renovated and extended alongside it, and holds music and visual art classrooms and a stage the school can perform on.
Cooper installed the HVAC, setting a Daikin horizontal air handler with an ABB drive and its accessories.
