Cooper Construction built the manufacturing and warehouse facility for Arrowood on Reeds Way in Flat Rock, North Carolina, and installed the HVAC.

It is a pre-engineered metal building with canopies.

Cooper's scope carried more than the building. Under the same agreement it converted the topographic survey, drew the layout plan to county standards, wrote the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and the design report, and filed the permit applications for county land development, NCDOT encroachment and land disturbance.

The HVAC is a hybrid: a 3 ton heat pump with a 3.5 ton air handler and a 10 kW electric strip for backup heat, a 2 ton mini-split with a ceiling cassette for zones needing their own control, and 150,000 BTU gas unit heaters converted to propane for the colder parts of the building.
