Cooper Construction provided design-build and HVAC services for the renovation of a 2,500 square-foot space and the addition of a 450 square-foot area at Appalachian Mountain Brewery Taproom and Kitchen in Mills River, NC. The project included the installation of a new commercial kitchen, as well as a cooler and freezer. Additionally, the renovation featured improvements to the site, such as ADA-compliant access, general pedestrian walkways, and compacted fill contours for proper drainage. The renovation created essential brewery seating and a fully operational commercial kitchen. The taproom in Mills River offers Appalachian Mountain Brewery beer from Boone, NC, along with elevated Southern pub food in a spacious, family-friendly environment.
