Cooper Construction successfully completed comprehensive renovation and upfit projects across three AdventHealth orthopedic facilities throughout Western North Carolina, delivering expanded access to high quality orthopedic, spine, and sports medicine services to the regional community. The multi-site project encompassed the transformation of nearly 24,000 square feet of medical space across strategic locations in Hendersonville (11,500 SF), Brevard (5,150 SF renovation within an existing 18,000 SF building), and Asheville (7,200 SF). These renovations directly support AdventHealth's mission to provide comprehensive, innovative, and compassionate healthcare to Western North Carolina residents.

The scope of work included complete modernization of patient-facing areas such as lobbies and reception spaces, along with critical clinical infrastructure including examination rooms and specialized medical equipment areas like the C-Arm room at the Turtle Creek, Asheville facility. The Brevard location represents a particularly significant achievement, featuring a new state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center within the medical office building, establishing a new standard for surgical care accessibility in the region. Through these strategic facility improvements, Cooper Construction has helped AdventHealth enhance their capacity to deliver world-class orthopedic care while maintaining their commitment to patient-centered service excellence throughout Western North Carolina.
