Cooper Construction renovated three orthopedic clinics for AdventHealth in Hendersonville, Asheville and Brevard, North Carolina.

Hendersonville is 10,880 square feet, Asheville 7,206, and Brevard 5,150 inside an existing 18,000 square foot building. Together they come to 23,236 square feet.

The work covered what patients see and what clinicians use. Lobbies and reception on one side, exam rooms and equipment spaces on the other. Cooper held the HVAC at Hendersonville, setting six Trane rooftop units with their accessories.

Brevard opened in February 2025 in the former Haen Gallery space on South Broad Street, staffed by five physicians with X-ray and support services on site and a walk-in clinic for sprains, fractures and sports injuries. It means orthopedic care in Transylvania County without a drive to Asheville or Hendersonville.
